Duties

• Handle all aspects of client cases, including communication, drafting legal documents, and attending hearings.
• Represent clients before EOIR, USCIS, BIA, and CBP.
• Manage a high volume of immigration cases, focusing on removal defense, family petitions, and various visas.
• Collaborate with legal assistants and support staff.
• Establish positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and courts.
• Communicate legal options clearly and empathetically to clients.
• Consult with and retain new clients.
• Work independently and within a team environment.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Washington State.
• Familiarity with Immigration Law is highly desirable.
• Ability to multitask and manage various projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Education

• Law degree (J.D.) or Foreign law degree + LLM.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Washington State.
