The candidate will participate in all aspects of litigation, from interviewing clients to assisting with trials, depositions, hearings, and mediations. Should have extensive client contact, participate in case development and strategy, and serve an integral role in the cases. Must have excellent research and writing skills, strong academic credentials, a desire to litigate, and a demonstrated commitment to employment law and civil rights.
