Duties

• Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury and wrongful death cases.
• Conduct pre-litigation and litigation activities, including depositions and motion practice.
• Engage in comprehensive case management from inception to trial.
• Collaborate with a high-performance legal team to achieve client objectives.

Requirements

• Active membership in the South Carolina Bar.
• Minimum five years of experience handling personal injury cases as a licensed attorney.
• Extensive experience in pre-litigation and litigation processes.
• South Carolina trial experience and plaintiff-side experience preferred.
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Commitment to ethics and client service.
• Motivated self-starter with a drive for excellence.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in South Carolina.
