Job Description

This position is responsible for the transport and delivery of freight on time in a professional manner by drivingdiesel-powered tractor/trailer combinations short and long distances, while complying with Department of Transportation rulesand regulations, maintaining a safe work environment, and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Applicant must have an active Class A CDL. You need one (1) year verifiable tractor trailer driving experience. Must haveoperated a truck model and length of trailer pulled (48 ft. flat bed, 53 foot reefer, etc.). Also ten (10) years of history(employed, unemployed, or self-employed).Applicant will be required to provide 3 yrs. accident history and traffic tickets for moving violations other than parking (ANY

omissions will be considered falsification and will disqualify you as an applicant or will lead to your termination if hired. Youcan not have ANY Felony convictions and DUI/DWI in personal vehicle in the last 8 years. NO DUI/DWI in a commercialmotor vehicle ever. NO DOT Drug or Alcohol violation within the past three (3) years.
