• Attend court hearings, depositions, expert reviews, and mediations.
• Provide legal counsel and guidance throughout the litigation process.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies.
• Manage all aspects of discovery, including drafting requests and analyzing evidence.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop case strategies.
• Evaluate medical records and report to medical carriers on allegations and defenses.
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant laws and legal precedents.

Requirements

• Active New York law license or pending admission to NY Bar Association.
• Ability to draft, file, and argue motions and briefs effectively.
• Experience in managing complex discovery processes, including electronic discovery.
• Strong research skills and ability to analyze legal issues thoroughly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards in legal practice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
