A law firm seeks a Mid-Level Real Estate Associate to join their team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on acquisitions, dispositions, development, land use, zoning, and commercial leasing.

Duties

• Manage small-to-mid sized real estate matters or portions of larger projects.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
• Assist in real estate financing transactions.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of real estate law experience.
• Large law firm experience preferred; boutique firm experience considered.
• Member of the Texas or Florida Bar, or willingness to be admitted.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Texas or Florida preferred.

Skills

• Excellent oral and research skills.
• Ability to manage matters efficiently and effectively.
• Familiarity with real estate financing is a plus.
