• Maintain regular communication with clients, adjusters, and medical professionals

• Participate in strategy meetings and contribute to case development

• Support internal collaboration and cross-functional initiatives within the legal team

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in the state of Illinois

• 1-3 years of experience in workers’ compensation or related legal fields

• Demonstrated ability to handle a busy caseload with minimal supervision

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Effective time management and organizational capabilities

• Comfortable working in a team-focused, high-energy environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admitted and in good standing with the Illinois State Bar
