Duties

• Assist senior department members with a variety of commercial litigation matters

• Manage time and case files efficiently to meet deadlines

• Collaborate within a team environment on litigation strategies

Requirements

• 1–4 years of PQE in commercial litigation

• Previous experience gained at a firm handling commercial disputes

• Strong commercial awareness

• High level of self-motivation and ability to take initiative

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in relevant jurisdiction (specific state or country not specified)
