Associate Attorney needed for Des Moines office

Profile

A law firm in Des Moines, IA, is seeking an Associate Attorney with at least 1 year of experience. The candidate will have the opportunity to work remotely, enjoy reasonable hours and billing requirements, and access performance-based bonuses and other benefits.

Duties:

• Practice family law, civil litigation, and/or probate.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and administrative hearings.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients.
• Participate in case management and strategy meetings.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Iowa or license pending.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in family law.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education:

Certifications:

Licensed to practice law in Iowa or license pending.
