A respected law firm located in Moorestown, NJ, is seeking a driven and accomplished Associate Attorney to join its dedicated workers’ compensation team. This role is ideal for a legal professional with substantial experience handling compensation matters and a passion for litigation, client advocacy, and courtroom presence. The selected candidate will work alongside an established team committed to high-impact legal service and long-term professional development.

Duties:

• Analyze and interpret workers’ compensation claims and case materials

• Conduct in-depth legal research and draft a wide range of documents, including client advisories, motions, and appellate briefs

• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and trial proceedings

• Prepare for trial, including development of litigation strategy and coordination with expert witnesses

• Maintain an annual billable hour target of 1950 hours

• Engage with clients regularly to ensure responsive, effective communication

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of focused experience in workers’ compensation litigation

• Admission to the New Jersey Bar (additional jurisdictions considered a plus)

• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment

• Responsiveness to client communications and deadlines

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-service orientation

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to practice law in the state of New Jersey

• Additional bar admissions are advantageous
