Location:

• Boston, Massachusetts

Duties:

• Handle all phases of commercial litigation, including:

  • Legal research and analysis

  • Drafting and arguing motions and pleadings

  • Preparing for and taking depositions

  • Managing discovery processes and responses

  • Supporting trial teams in complex litigation matters

• Engage with clients on case strategy, updates, and legal recommendations

• Collaborate with partners and associates across departments and offices

• Contribute to the resolution of high-stakes commercial disputes across a variety of industries

Requirements:

• 4 to 6 years of experience practicing commercial litigation

• Strong litigation background with experience in depositions, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy

• Ability to manage multiple complex matters independently

• Excellent judgment and case strategy development

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

• Strong academic credentials preferred

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the state of Massachusetts

• Good standing with the Massachusetts Bar
