Duties

• Defend employers in lawsuits and administrative charges involving employment-related claims.
• Provide comprehensive advice and counsel on employment relationships.

Requirements

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
• 5+ years of litigation experience, with a preference for an employment law background.
• Judicial clerkship experience considered as litigation experience.
• Active CT bar admission or ability to obtain admission quickly.
• Understanding of current court and employment-related agency procedures.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Connecticut bar admission.
