Associate Senior Counsel
The candidate will be supporting supply chain/procurement activities including the health system’s internal supply chain group and its commercial group purchasing organization, Nobilant. Will be providing general advice to both supply chain and Nobilant business teams, drafting and negotiating a broad range of vendor and supplier transactions including large and small medical equipment and maintenance agreements, product purchase agreements, including the purchase of pharmaceutical drugs and supplies, and service agreements. Experience in a healthcare setting or group purchasing organization and familiarity with anti-kickback and fraud and abuse statutes is preferred. Must have 5-10 years of experience as a practicing attorney, licensed and a member of the Maryland Bar or eligible for out of state attorney examination.
