A leading law firm located in Omaha, NE is seeking a skilled attorney to join its Commercial and Technology Agreements team. Duties:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and technology-related contracts

• Assist with legal matters across the business lifecycle, including vendor and supply chain agreements

• Handle service agreements, software licensing, SaaS contracts, NDAs, and related documentation

• Interpret and summarize legal terms and contract language for internal and client use

• Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals to develop strategic solutions for client needs

• Contribute to client matters involving privacy, data protection, and intellectual property when applicable

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in commercial and technology agreements

• Strong foundation in reviewing, drafting, and managing vendor contracts and licensing arrangements

• Proven ability to analyze complex agreements with attention to detail

• Demonstrated success working in collaborative legal environments

• Currently licensed or eligible for licensure to practice law in Nebraska

• Background in data privacy, cybersecurity, or IP law is advantageous

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law or eligibility to obtain licensure in Nebraska

Skills:

• Exceptional communication and analytical skills

• Precise legal drafting and contract interpretation abilities

• Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset

• Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with legal technology platforms is a plus
