Duties

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda.
• Appear in court for motions, hearings, and trials under supervision.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Assist with real estate and business-related matters as needed.
• Support senior attorneys in trial preparation and strategy development.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed (or awaiting bar results) in Virginia.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to client service.
• Litigation or clerkship experience preferred but not required.
