Everett office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a family law associate attorney with experience. The candidate will engage with the Team to create a collaborative culture, including actively engaging and participating in Legal Team daily huddles, weekly firm meetings, and firm growth-building exercises/meetings. Will engage in contemporaneous timekeeping. Comfortable learning how to use case management software. Actively participating in systemizing, developing, and refining the firm’s operating systems by drafting/updating the firm’s policies and procedures, including preparing templates, scripts, diagrams, workflows, and/or videos. Must be experienced in Microsoft Office suite (MS Word and Outlook). Must be licensed to practice in the State of Washington.
