Duties

• Provide legal counsel to startups and venture capital clients.
• Draft and negotiate complex corporate agreements.
• Advise on corporate governance and compliance matters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on client matters.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of relevant corporate law experience.
• Experience with technology and/or life sciences companies.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to sit/waive into the next bar exam.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
