Duties

• Manage a caseload of personal injury litigation matters.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, including complaints.
• Draft meet and confer letters for discovery disputes.
• Prepare clients for depositions and hearings.
• Take and defend depositions during litigation.
• Prepare and respond to motions, including dispositive motions.
• Attend court appearances.
• Negotiate settlements for personal injury cases.
• Direct and support investigations on litigation matters.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Personal Injury Law.
• Strong background in Personal Injury Litigation, including pre-litigation case management and discovery.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.
• Workers Compensation experience is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree.

Certifications

• Current good standing with the CA State Bar.
