Requirements

• Eight years of experience in U.S. and international financing transactions.
• Admitted to practice law in the state of New York.
• Experience with leveraged and investment grade financings.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree or Master of Laws degree, or equivalent.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in New York.

Skills

• Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
• Ability to manage complex legal matters.
• Proficient in risk assessment and management.
