Duties

• Manage day-to-day responsibilities on litigation cases.
• Participate in employment class actions, including trade secret and restrictive covenant cases.
• Conduct depositions, cover hearings, and interview witnesses.
• Handle written discovery and draft persuasive briefs.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal, writing, and analytical skills.
• Keen attention to detail and initiative to take ownership.
• Significant litigation experience preferred.
• Substantive knowledge of employment laws such as Title VII, ADA, ADEA, and FMLA.
• Membership in the Arizona State Bar or willingness to obtain it promptly.

Education

• Strong academic credentials required.

Certifications

• Arizona State Bar membership or eligibility.
