Job Overview:
A fast-growing plaintiff-side employment law firm in Los Angeles is seeking an Employment Class Action Associate Attorney to join its wage and hour litigation team. This is a full-time, in-person position offering a unique opportunity to work on significant class action and PAGA cases involving wage theft, unpaid overtime, meal and rest breaks, and unreimbursed expenses. Location:

• Los Angeles, CA

Duties:

• Represent plaintiffs in class action and PAGA cases related to wage and hour violations

• Draft legal pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies

• Take and defend depositions

• Participate in mediations, hearings, and other court proceedings

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and litigation teams on case development and trial preparation

• Manage assigned caseload under supervision with growing independence

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of experience practicing employment law with a focus on wage and hour class actions and PAGA claims

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple legal matters simultaneously

• Previous plaintiff-side litigation experience highly preferred

• Only candidates with direct experience in wage and hour class action litigation will be considered

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active member of the California State Bar in good standing
