Location

Duties

• Represent clients in criminal, domestic, and civil litigation

• Manage a caseload of 30–80 active matters

• Drive business development to grow the Richmond client base

• Ensure client satisfaction and maintain a minimum 75% collection rate

• Collaborate with firm leadership on strategic growth initiatives

• Implement and leverage a proprietary client lifecycle management system

• Contribute to firm-wide innovation and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Active license to practice law in Virginia

• Proven litigation experience in family, criminal, and civil law

• Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset and practice-building success

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

• High level of organization and time management

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Admission to the Virginia State Bar (required)

• Expertise in family law matters including custody, divorce, prenuptial agreements, adoption, and domestic violence

• Criminal defense and civil litigation proficiency

• Strong advocacy and negotiation abilities
