The candidate should have 1-4 years of experience working as an immigration attorney in a law firm or in-house. Must be able to work on a fast paced and highly organized team, have counseled U.S. and foreign employers on hiring and regulatory compliance and have some proficiency with the following: L-1 visas for intracompany managers, executives, and professionals; EB-1 extraordinary ability petitions and/or EB-2 National Interest Waiver petitions; H-1B visas for specialty occupation professionals; J-1 waivers for International Medical Graduates; O-1 visas for foreign nationals of extraordinary ability; and PERM labor certification applications.
