Duties

• Conduct legal research and document review.
• Assist in the preparation of motions, legal briefs, and assembly of records and exhibits.
• Assist in preparations for depositions and take depositions.
• Appear in court for hearings and trials.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop legal strategies.
• Manage case files and provide updates to clients.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of litigation experience.
• Admission to the Pennsylvania State Bar.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Energetic and motivated to gain hands-on legal experience.
• Court experience is preferred, but not required (training and exposure provided).

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Pennsylvania State Bar Admission.
