Duties

• Represent clients in real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leases, and financing arrangements.

• Collaborate with clients to develop tailored strategies that align with their business objectives.
• Stay current with legal and regulatory developments in real estate and commercial finance.

• Work closely with colleagues across various practice areas to provide comprehensive legal solutions.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate transactions and/or commercial lending.
• Proven ability to manage complex transactions and provide sound legal advice.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
