Contract Negotiator
The candidate will negotiate and draft various contracts such as product licenses, vendor agreements, confidentiality agreements, software licenses, trial agreements, assignments and amendments; be well-versed in the commonly used alternate language and draft customized contract provisions. Will liaise with internal and external clients in the contract negotiation process; ensure that sales and business personnel comply with internal policies and procedures. Navigate the contracts database and other internal systems to obtain information on SPGMI’s contractual relationships. Work with management to create efficiencies in the contracting process. Create PowerPoint presentations for meetings and training sessions; conduct training on Contracts for Commercial Team. Draft legal correspondence and other documentation related to vendor and customer agreements. Participate in and/or lead projects, including due diligence activities related to acquisitions and divestitures.
