Duties

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in a top 100 law firm.
• Experience with financial reporting, accounting, and tax matters.
• Civil litigation skills, including shareholder suits and SEC actions.
• Clerkship experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Virginia Bar admission required.

Education

• Strong academic record from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Virginia Bar admission.
