The ideal candidate will handle various legal matters including real estate transactions, estate planning, probate, and bankruptcy cases. This is a full-time, on-site position with the opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic legal environment.

Duties:

• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients in matters related to real estate, bankruptcy, estate planning, and probate.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and client decision-making.
• Negotiate contracts and settlements on behalf of clients.
• Represent clients in court or at hearings as needed.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, wills, trusts, and estate plans.
• Collaborate with other legal professionals to provide comprehensive legal services.
• Manage a caseload efficiently while meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

• Experience in Law and Labor and Employment Law.
• Strong understanding of legal principles and practices within real estate, bankruptcy, and estate law.
• Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly to clients.
• Experience in client representation and negotiation.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a legal team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar license in Florida.

Skills:

• Strong legal research and writing abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Negotiation and mediation skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle a diverse caseload.
