The candidate must possess a current license to practice law in a state or territory of the United States and a current Certificate of Good Standing, which should not be older than 30 days from the date of application. Should have experience in government civil litigation law practice and its practical applications, including trial experience, motions practice, including summary judgment practice, discovery, including preparing for and conducting oral depositions; Non-governmental civil litigation law practice and its practical applications, including trial experience, motions practice, including summary judgment practice, discovery, including preparing for and conducting oral depositions.
