Duties

• Lead all aspects of the incident response process, including scoping calls and data mining efforts.
• Collaborate with insurance carriers and insureds during incident responses.
• Communicate with third parties, including law enforcement and regulatory bodies.
• Counsel clients on privacy compliance, pre-incident planning, and data-use best practices.

Requirements

• Excellent academic and professional credentials.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage caseloads and client relationships independently.
• Experience in privacy compliance programs and data governance.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• CIPP, CIPM, or other privacy certifications preferred.

Skills

• Ability to manage projects with limited supervision.
• Experience in healthcare or financial services is a plus.
