Duties

• Independently manage a personal injury caseload from inception to settlement or verdict.
• Engage in all litigation aspects, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trials.

• Work in both Middletown and Glastonbury office locations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience.
• Proficiency in discovery, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy.
• Jury trial experience is a strong plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Connecticut.

Skills
