Duties

• Hire employees and draft employment contracts.
• Represent clients in administrative hearings, grievance arbitrations, and collective bargaining negotiations.
• Handle cases related to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and employee leave laws.
• Collaborate with colleagues on complex, high-impact cases.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of California and in good standing.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Interest or experience in working with public agencies or school districts.
• Knowledge of California labor and employment laws.
