• Prepare for and participate in depositions and mediation preparation.
• Work toward independently managing a caseload under guidance.
• Perform legal research and synthesize findings into memoranda.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation materials.
• Coordinate with paralegals and support staff for file management.
• Collaborate with attorneys and litigation teams for trial preparation.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the California State Bar.
• 1 year or more of relevant litigation experience in a law firm.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal research platforms.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the California State Bar.
