Job Overview
A law firm seeks a highly motivated Tax Associate Attorney with five or more years of transactional tax experience to join their Tax Credit and Impact Finance group in Omaha, NE. Duties
- Advise clients on tax credit transactions and community development projects.
- Draft and review legal documents related to tax credit financing.
- Collaborate with a team to structure and close complex financial transactions.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support client needs.
Requirements
- Five or more years of transactional tax experience.
- Experience with NMTCs, HTCs, and RETCs preferred.
- Excellent writing and analytical skills.
- Active license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Licensed attorney in good standing.
