Duties

• Handle both pre-litigation and litigation cases from inception through trial or settlement.
• Conduct client meetings, case evaluations, and strategy development.
• Draft and file documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses/requests.
• Represent clients in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances.
• Collaborate with a team of paralegals and support staff for efficient case handling.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the New Jersey State Bar Association.
• 3+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience (trial experience a plus).
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and case management skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.)
