The candidate provides technical, legal, and operational support to the division counsel and staff; manages litigation hold and discovery response systems and develops additional methods to streamline the discovery process; conducts legal research and prepares case materials and basic legal documents; collects and analyzes facts and data in support of the division counsel; relieves division counsel and assistant division counsel of routine legally-related tasks; and serves as system administrator for case management software systems.
