Duties
Represent financial institutions (issuers, underwriters, borrowers, lenders, sellers, purchasers) in asset-backed securitizations and structured lending deals
Advise clients on transactions involving warehouse lending, digital infrastructure finance, trade receivable finance, repo agreements, and private credit facilities
Draft, negotiate, and review complex financing and securitization documentation
Manage all aspects of deal execution from structuring through closing
Collaborate with cross-functional legal and business teams on multifaceted financial transactions
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
Provide strategic counsel to clients navigating evolving financial and legal landscapes
Requirements
Minimum of 6 years’ relevant experience in structured finance, securitization, capital markets, or leveraged finance
Experience representing institutional clients across various finance transactions
Familiarity with asset-backed securities, private credit structures, and related legal frameworks
Demonstrated ability to manage high-value, fast-paced transactions
Experience in a large law firm setting preferred
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school
Certifications
Active membership in good standing with the state bar of New York, Texas, or Florida (depending on office location)
