Duties:

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Prepare for and represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and arbitrations.
• Collaborate with partners, associates, and support staff on case strategy and development.
• Maintain communication with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns throughout the litigation process.
• Stay abreast of developments in commercial litigation laws and procedures.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of commercial litigation experience in a law firm setting.
• Strong knowledge of federal and New Jersey state laws related to commercial litigation, civil procedure, and evidence rules.
• Experience with New Jersey state court proceedings is required.
• Proven track record of independently handling and managing commercial litigation cases.
• Admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of New Jersey.
