Location:

Duties:

• Draft legal pleadings, motions, and discovery responses

• Prepare legal agreements and contracts

• Manage and oversee all phases of business litigation

• Conduct in-depth legal research and provide legal counsel

• File legal documents with courts and administrative bodies

• Assist in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations

• Develop case strategies and provide tailored legal advice to clients

• Participate in courtroom proceedings, hearings, and trial preparation

• Manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Collaborate with senior attorneys, partners, and legal staff to achieve client objectives

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Licensed to practice law in Georgia or eligible for admission

• Strong legal writing and research skills with the ability to craft persuasive arguments

• Confident negotiator comfortable handling disputes and advocating for clients

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to analyze complex legal and factual issues

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong interest in developing litigation skills through mentorship and training

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Georgia or eligibility for admission
