Duties

• Advise clients on elder law matters, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Assist with Medicaid planning and asset protection strategies.
• Represent clients in probate proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and draft tailored documents.
• Stay current with developments in elder law.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive solutions.
• Consult with potential clients on service benefits.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar and in good standing.
• No prior experience needed, just a desire to learn.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required.
• Passion for elder law and serving aging individuals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Proficiency in legal research and writing.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Florida Bar.
