Intellectual Property / Technology Litigator

The candidate should be a litigator with 6+ years of IP litigation experience with knowledge in patent/trademark/copyright litigation in federal court, licensing/contracts, cease and desist letters, and/or client counseling. Proven record of client development as supported by a portable book of business is needed. At least one State Bar license is required.
