Duties

• Collaborate with team members on energy-related projects.
• Provide legal advice and support on FERC matters.
• Draft and review legal documents and contracts.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of FERC experience.
• Experience in an AmLaw 100 law firm preferred.
• Strong analytical and writing skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction of application.
