The candidate should have 3-6 years of commercial finance experience. This associate attorney would be a member of the Corporate and Finance Group, with a heavy emphasis on commercial finance matters. Should have experience representing both borrowers and financial institutions in a range of financing transactions such as large corporate financings, secured and unsecured senior and subordinated credit facilities, asset securitizations, acquisition financings, and asset-based and cash-flow facilities. This position provides the ability to work on complex matters with clients that include national and regional financial institutions, publicly traded companies, private equity sponsors, and mezzanine lenders. Exceptional academic performance – top 25% of class preferred. Superior drafting and analytical skills required. Strong interpersonal skills required. Excels in the fast-paced transactional environment required.
