Duties

• Represent clients in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents.
• Manage due diligence and logistical preparation for signing/closing.
• Communicate with relevant parties on transaction issues.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York bar in good standing.
• Previous experience in Corporate M&A, either at a firm or in-house.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
