Duties

• Champion clients in custody, divorce, child support, and protective order matters.
• Manage complex cases from inception through resolution.
• Represent clients in court with confidence and precision.
• Develop strategic litigation plans to protect client interests.
• Conduct client meetings and provide compassionate legal counsel.
• Maintain accurate and timely case files.
• Build and sustain strong client relationships.
• Approach sensitive matters with empathy and professionalism.
• Mentor and guide attorneys and paralegals.
• Monitor compliance with KPIs and workflow standards.
• Ensure accurate and current billables.
• Collaborate with the Managing Attorney and Operations team.
• Contribute to a high-quality client experience.

Requirements

• 15+ years of Family Law litigation experience.
• Active Maryland and D.C. licenses.
• Strong negotiation and courtroom advocacy skills.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Member of state and local bar associations in good standing.
