• Participate in 1st/2nd chair depositions.
• Draft settlement and coexistence agreements.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in trademark and copyright litigation.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
