    • Collaborate with clients, co-counsel, and internal teams to develop case strategies.
    • Represent clients in appellate court proceedings, including oral arguments.
    • Provide legal advice and guidance on appellate matters to clients and colleagues.
    • Stay updated on changes in appellate law and legal trends.
  • Requirements:
    • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
    • Admission to the State Bar of Texas or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.
    • 5-15 years of experience practicing appellate law.
    • Strong writing skills with a demonstrated ability to craft persuasive legal arguments.
    • Business and entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
    • Proactive nature with excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
