Duties

• Conduct detailed legal research and case analysis to develop appellate strategies.
• Review trial court records to assess appellate issues and preserve arguments.
• Collaborate with trial attorneys on appellate considerations and post-trial motions.
• Prepare for and present oral arguments before appellate courts.

Requirements

• Experience with legal research software (Westlaw/Lexis).
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a law firm.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work independently with a heavy caseload.

Education

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction.
