Docketing Clerk

Profile

Seeking a full-time Docketing Clerk to join our busy, fast-paced law firm in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and organizational skills, is dependable, dedicated and detailed oriented.

As a docket clerk, your primary duties involve assigning times and dates for all new cases, updating the docket with new dates and continuances, and communicating with firm members on scheduling-related issues.

Qualifications:

• 3+ year of experience preferred.
• Ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Thorough knowledge of PC applications, including MS Office. Experience with , Clio Manage is preferred, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $22.00-25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
