Duties

• Draft briefs, correspondence, and respond to written discovery.

• Manage document collection, review, and production.
• Perform causation and/or failure analysis.
• Handle multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in products liability litigation.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong case management skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Active membership in the California or Colorado Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in California or Colorado.
